das kleine Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (es gibt ein Einbauregal um die Tür herum gebaut) und bis 31.05. frei. Ich bin berufstätig und mache viel Sport. Bin daher nur abends zuhause. Auf dem Balkon kann geraucht werden. Ich hätte gerne ein*e relativ ruhige*n Mitbewohner*in.
Das Zimmer geht nach Norden mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm am Alexanderplatz, ist aber trotzdem schön hell.
Hello, the small room is partially furnished and available until May 31st. I work and do a lot of sports. So I'm only at home in the evenings. You can smoke on the balcony. I would like to have a relatively quiet roommate. The room faces north but is still nice and bright.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral ist aber dennoch ruhig. Drei U-Bahnhöfe sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell überall. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is very centrally located, but is still quiet. Three subway stations are within walking distance. You can get anywhere very quickly by bike. There are various shopping opportunities.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Streamingdienste, GEZ, Internet und so sind in der Miete enthalten.
Der Balkon geht genau wie das Wohnzimmer nach Süden und ist sehr sonnig (falls die Sonne mal rauskommt). Mein Partner wird ab und an zu Besuch da sein.
The balcony, like the living room, faces south and is very sunny (if the sun comes out). My boyfriend will visit from Munich occasionally.
Ob du studierst oder berufstätig bist ist egal. Mir ist wichtig, dass hier nicht dauernd gefeiert wird und kein Chaos entsteht. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, in dem noch Platz ist. Badewanne gibt es auch.
