Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet mehr als genug Platz für ein super WG Leben :D
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon.

Die Lage unserer WG ist echt super. Innerhalb von 5 min könnt ihr die S Bahn Station Theodor-Heuss-Platz erreichen.
Innerhalb von 10 min seid ihr auch am Berliner Ring, S-Bahn Station S-Messe Nord. Auch 10min entfernt ist der S-Bahnhof Herrstraße.
Einen Rewe und ein Aldi befinden sich in 5min Fußweg. Zudem haben wir einen netten Italiener und Rossmann direkt gegenüber. Die Lage ist echt wunderbar und es lässt sich für Berliner Verhältnisse alles recht schnell erreichen.

The location of our shared apartment is really great. Within 5 min you can reach the S-Bahn station Theodor-Heuss-Platz.
Within 10 min you are also at the Berliner Ring, S-Bahn station S-Messe Nord. Also 10min away is the S-Bahn station Herrstraße.
A Rewe and an Aldi are within 5min walking distance. In addition, we have a nice Italian and Rossmann directly across the street. The location is really wonderful and everything can be reached quite quickly by Berlin standards.
Unsere WG besteht aus Hendrik, Emilia, Hannah und Luca. Alle studieren aktuell und sind deswegen viel zu Hause. Luca geht einen Monat auf Reisen, weshalb sein Zimmer frei wird. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und bietet alles, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst: ein gemütliches Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und schnelles WLAN.
Wir suchen eine*n zuverlässige*n Zwischenmieter*in, der während Luca's kurzen Auslandsaufenthalts das Zimmer bewohnen möchte. Ideal für Studenten, Praktikanten oder Berufstätige, die vorübergehend eine Unterkunft benötigen.

Our flat share consists of Hendrik, Emilia, Hannah and Luca. They are all currently studying and are therefore at home a lot. Luca is going traveling for a month, which is why his room is becoming available.
