We rent out a room in our 3-person WG in a lovely fully renovated apartment in an old Charlottenburg building with wooden floors, new windows, and central heating. The room is fully equipped and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, and lamps.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms. The roommates share one bathroom with a bathtub.

Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung in einem sehr liebevoll sanierten Altbau mit Parkett, neuen Fenstern und Zentralheizung. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Regalen, Schreibtisch und Lampen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei komplette Badezimmer. Die Mitbewohner teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Very centrally located. The Metrobus stop (M49) is right in front of the doorstep. The Messe Nord Ringbahn, S-Bahn, and U-Bahn station Charlottenburg, as well as U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz, are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

The Apartment is very spacious with a living space of around 170 square meters and ideal for sharing it with 3 people. One of them just moved out and therefore we are looking for a 3rd person to join the WG.
