The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the water canal and the Wildenbruchbrücke bridge. Just a few steps away is the Café Nah am Wasser, from where you have a picturesque view of the canal. For nature lovers, Treptower Park is just a short walk away.
The lively Weserstraße, known for its variety of cafés, restaurants and chic bars, is also nearby. Maybachufer is a 10-minute walk away, as are all the nightclubs.
Despite its central location, the room also offers a quiet atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a long day in the city, and it is super well connected to the subway and S-Bahn stations.
The room is available from June 1 to September 1, with the possibility of an extension. Registration is possible after 3 months. We look forward to receiving your application!

Kleines und einfaches, aber gut gelegenes Zimmer in einer Zwei-Personen-WG am Landwehrkanal mit Hinterhof zum Fahrradabstellen und Keller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Wasserkanals und der Wildenbruchbrücke. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich das Café Nah am Wasser, von dem man einen malerischen Blick auf den Kanal hat. Für Naturliebhaber ist der Treptower Park nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
Die belebte Weserstraße, bekannt für die Vielfalt an Cafés, Restaurants und schicken Bars, ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Hier kann man das pulsierende Nachtleben Berlins erleben und die lokale Kultur kennen lernen. Das Maybachufer ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso wie alle Nachtclubs.
Trotz seiner zentralen Lage bietet das Zimmer eine ruhige Atmosphäre, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Außerdem ist es sehr gut an die U- und S-Bahn-Stationen angebunden.
