I am planning to move out at the end of June, but I am trying to find someone to take my room starting on July 1st. The rental contract can be just for the month of July, or can be extended. Tenant has to be female.

The apartment is really near the train station. It takes three minutes from the room to the train station, and if you take the train, you can get to Bern in 7 minutes. The adress is Mühledorfstrasse 28, 3018 Bern. You have your own room, but shared bathroom and kitchen.
There is no flat mate. You can use your room alone. But You have to share your bathroom with 1 female, and kitchen with 9 people. But As you can see this link, the kitchen is clean and spacious, so you don't have to worry. All the flatmate is clean.
