Das Haus (Reihenendhaus, rot verklinkert) hat 5 Zimmer, davon ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Kleiner Stadtgarten , sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eine Holz--Terrasse (überdacht) ist auch vorhanden. 1 Bad (frisch renoviert) und eine Gästetoilette, das Haus hat 3 Ebenen, und ist unterkellert und hat insgesamt ca. 115 qm.
Fußbodenheizung, Fliesen bzw. Korkboden in einem Zimmer. Es sind 2 Zimmer (zusammen ca. 24 qm) zu vermieten. Eines zur Straße hin gelegen, das andere zum Garten, also relativ ruhig . Wir wären dann eine 2 er WG.
Alles vorhanden, W-Lan, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Einbauküche etc. Sehr gute ÖPNV -Anbindung, zu Fuß 20 Minuten bis City., zur Bushaltestelle ca. 2 Min, zu Fuß.
Das Haus ist mir zu groß geworden und deshalb möchte ich eine Frauen -WG gründen. Nur an Mieterinnen mit gesicherten Einkommen zu vermieten. Am besten auch berufstätig so wie ich oder Doktorandin.
Wichtig ist, das die Chemie stimmt, Alter ab 40. Ich bin selber 56 und sehr jung geblieben, voll berufstätig im sozialen Bereich. Ich bin gern draußen in der Natur und koche gern. Yoga gehört auch zu meinen Hobbies.
