Ich suche zum 01.06 einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer super netten und total toleranten WG!! Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Handwerkskammer, der Kunsthalle und der Villa Bozi, also direkt an der Altstadt!! Das Zimmer ist ca. 26qm groß , L-förmig und total hell. Man schaut direkt auf den Kunsthallen Park und auf die Sparrenburg.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 105qm groß und es liegt überall Laminat. Das Badezimmer (mit großer Eckbadewanne) hat ein Fenster und ist vor einem Jahr komplett neu gemacht worden. Die Küche ist mit einer schönen neuen Einbauküche ausgestattet samt Dunstabzugshaube und Spülmaschine was für jede WG eine riesen Bereicherung ist :)
