Lovely attic room with own kitchenette, close to the university

In the middle of August I will be leaving my lovely room which is at the top of a nice house just off the Wertherstraße, close to the university.
The room comes complete with a small kitchenette (2 hotplates, a sink and a fridge) and new basic furniture (a bed, desk and wardrobe). The whole house has been recently renovated to a high standard; it's newly painted and has wooden/laminate flooring throughout. There is a lovely view of the hills and forest from the room.
The house is large and rooms are rented individually by the house owner. The new occupant of the room will share a large bathroom (with shower, no bath) with one female. There is another kitchen downstairs with an oven and there is a larger freezer in the basement, along with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Currently there are 5 other residents, and the house owner hopes to fill the house with people who will stay for a longer time to make the house into a real community. Most people in the house are German or German speakers, this advert is in English because sadly my German is still terrible!
The room is available from the middle of August (though you could probably move in a few days before the 15th if you needed to) and the owner really wants someone who can commit to staying for a year or so. If you are interested, but wish to rent for a shorter time then I suggest you call her and discuss the matter, she is the second number listed in this advert. Also, if you want to discuss the terms of the contract and the bills and such then you should speak to the house owner (Maren) directly.
