Es wird ein/e Nachmieter/in gesucht zum 01.01.16 für ein WG-Zimmer in einer 5-er WG vom Studentenwerk.
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und beinhaltet ein großes Waschbecken und einen großen feststehenden Kleiderschrank. Per Kabel bekommt man im Zimmer das schnelle Uni-Internet. Eine Dusche und ein Klo voneinader getrennt würdest du mit zwei Mitbewohnern teilen. Des Weiteren gibt es eine große Küche/Wohnzimmer, wo das gemeinsame WG-Leben stattfindet. Auf dem Studentenwohnheim gibt es eine große Dachterasse die im Sommer zum Grillen einlädt. Im Nachbarhaus gibt es im Keller Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich in perfekter Lage für einen Uni/FH-Studenten. Uni/FH sind innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle Bültmannshof ist auch nur 5 min entfernt. Einkaufen kann man 2-3 Straßenbahnhaltestellen beim Penny im Lohmannshof oder 5 min entfernt im Bültmannshof gibt es einen Markant und einen Bäcker.
Die Miete beträgt nur 167,10 € und darin ist alles enthalten (Strom, Internet, Wasser). Da das Zimmer vom Studentenwerk vermietet wird kann nur ein Uni/FH-Student einziehen. Die Kaution beträgt 250€-

The room is free at 01.01.16 and is part of a shared apartment with other four students.
It is 12 m² big and includes a large sink and a large fixed wardrobe. You have wired internet connection to the fast university internet. Shower and toilet is separate and shared with two roommates. Furthermore, there is a large kitchen / living room. In the dormitory, there is a large roof terrace, which can be used for barbecue. In the neighborhood, washing machines and driers are available.
The apartment is perfectly located for university / fh students. You can both reach them within 5 minutes. The next tram stop Bühltmannshof is also just five minutes away. The next big supermarkets are 2-3 tram stops away. At Bühltmannshof there are also a few shops (bakery, barber..)
The rent is only € 167.10 and includes everything (electricity, internet, water). Only fh / university students can move it. The deposit is 250 €.
