Geboten wird ein gemütliches Zimmer (12m²) mit Balkon in unserer schönen, hellen 100m² Wohnung (von Anfang Mai bis Ende September). Leider ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer (24m²) zum Rumhängen mit zwei Sofas plus allgemeiner Arbeits-/Basteltisch, der auch zur großen Dinnertafel umfunktioniert werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer wird gespielt, Filme geschaut oder einfach gelesen und gegammelt. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit kleinem Frühstückstisch, Vorratsschrank, Kühlschrank, Herd, usw. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne mit Dusche zum relaxen.
I am looking for someone to take over my cozy 12m² room with connecting balcony from the beginning of May until the end of September. Unfortunately the room is unfurnished. The flat has a large living room (24m²) with 2 sofas and a dinning table. It's a great place for everyone to gather to watch movies, to play games, or to just relax. The kitchen includes a small table, a pantry, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove top, oven, etc. The balcony is quite large, perfect for the spring and summer months.
Wir befinden uns am unteren Ende der Prießallee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Real, Rewe, Dengel, Edeka etc.) sind zu Fuß in 15min zu erreichen. Ansonsten kann man sich mittwochs und freitags auf dem Markt direkt vor der Tür mit frischen Sachen eindecken.
Die Bahnlinie 3, Haltestelle Oststraße, befindet sich direkt um die Ecke (3min) und von da aus ist man in 10min am Bahnhof und in weiteren 15min an der Uni/FH.
Abgesehen davon ist man in 10-15min im Teutoburger Wald und im Grünen und die Nachbarschaft ist auch durchzogen von Grünstreifen. Ideal zum joggen/spazieren/Rad fahren und so weiter.
The flat is located at the end of Prießallee. Supermarkets (Netto, Real, Rewe, Dengel, Edeka etc.) are 15 min by foot. There is also a farmers market right across the street on Wednesday and Friday mornings if you're looking for some fresh, local produce.
Tram line 3 (the stop is Oststraße) is located just down the street (3 minutes) and the main train station is 10 minutes away and the university/FH another 15 minutes away.
There are many green areas around ideal for jogging, hiking, walking, and biking. The Teutoburg Forest is just 10-15 mins away and there are several parks in the surrounding area.
Wir sind auf alle Fälle keine Zweck-WG, wir zocken gerne ne Runde Dart, gucken Filme, essen ab und zu zusammen und chillen im Wohnzimmer. Man kann sich gleichzeitig aber auch in Ruhe zurück ziehen. Da findet sich eigentlich immer ne entspannte Balance.
Im Moment leben hier Susen (macht ein Praktikum in Gütersloh), Ahmed (arbeitet im Bereich Elektrotechnik) und Stephan (macht in Computer seinen Doktor).
Melde dich doch einfach und komm vorbei, um dir selbst ein Bild zu machen :)
Interessant ist vielleicht noch, dass derzeit in der WG vor allem Englisch gesprochen wird. Ahmed spricht und versteht Deutsch, jedoch lernt er die Sprache noch und so ist's mit Englisch oft einfacher und unkomplizierter... Optimal also um seine Englischkenntnisse aufzufrischen oder gar zu polieren ;)
At the moment Susen (currently doing an internship in Gütersloh), Ahmed (works in the field of electrical engineering), and Stephan (doing his doctorate in computer science) live here.
During the day we all work, but sometimes in the evenings and on the weekends we like to spend time together in the living room, play darts, watch movies, cook and drink together. We also like our alone time so it's not a problem when you don't feel like hanging out.
Both German and English are spoken in the flat. Ahmed is still learning German so the main language of communication in the flat is English. A great opportunity for anyone looking to practice English and/or German!
