ich wohne und arbeite seit Oktober 2019 in Hamburg und bin nur gelegentlich am Wochenende in Bielefeld. Da ich sehr an der Wohnung hänge und diese nicht aufgeben möchte, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen aus meinem Arbeitszimmer/Büro ein WG-Zimmer zu machen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und eine Küche und Waschmaschine (im Keller) sind auch vorhanden. Du würdest die Wohnung im Grunde alleine bewohnen. Ich bin ein geselliger Mensch, der es mag sich zu unterhalten, zu kochen, aber auch das Ruhebedürfnis seiner Mitbewohner respektiert. Ich habe früher selber jahrelang in einer WG gewohnt und bin daher auch darin erprobt. Aber wie gesagt, es handelt isch nicht um die klassische WG:)
