The house has 2 floors. This flat is on the ground-floor.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 small living room connecting to kitchen, 1 bathroom (1 bath tub + shower , 1 sink, 1 toilet), 1 big and separated basement (for 2 people), 1 back-yard (suit for BBQ)
Furniture equipped by the landlord:
--1 equipped kitchen (4- ceran-electrical hotplates, 1 oven, cupboards, 1sink, 1 refrigerator),
--1 washing machine, 1 tumble-dryer
Renting price for 1 ROOM (around 380 euro/room/month) includes:
--the flat : 240 euro /month
--Nebenkosten (the furniture from the landlord ; water, gas for heating, fee for garbage disposal ,...) : 70 euro/month
--Electricity + Internet + ZDF/radio fee : depends on your consumption AND you need to register new contracts by yourself. (Currently I pay for ~ 70euro /month)
Free- parking: on the road in front of the flat
The landlord is very kind and quickly responses to your questions. She will inform the cost of water and gas once per year. Sometimes you can use her big green garden for morning coffee/ picking up fruits/playing on children yard.
6 min walk to Bielefeld University or Bielefeld Fachhochschule
1 min walk to the public yard for children
Public transportation connection:
* 6 min walk to Universität Tram station
(Tram line 4: 11 min to city shopping center + Bielefeld Hbf)
* 6-8 min to 2 Bus-stops No. 31

The flat is surrounded with lots of quiet and green areas for walking.
The neighborhood is silent and warm.
ONLY for non-smoker
If you rent the whole flat for ONLY 1 person-use, Nebenkosten is reduced (discuss with the landlord)
If you want, you can get the kitchen table for free.
MOVE-IN TIME can be discussed.
