The room has a wardrobe and sink included, it has enough space for all your needed things, it has a huge window, and a good view of trees.
As it is located in the top floor of the building you won't have any issues of noise and you will have a good view, also you will have an easier access to the terrace of the building which is a nice place to hang out:)

Originally these rooms are unfurnished!
Sink and wardrobe are inbuilt and therefore stay in the room:)
table is attached to the wall and could be bought for a small price, as well as the lamp and the storage space under the sink.
Bed, IKEA closet, carpet and sofa I’m taking with me.
All the things in the living room are common and can be used by all flatmates! So if you are new in town- don’t stress yourself cause you don’t have to worry about buying plates, pans etc :)
The location is perfect! It's 5 minutes walk to the university's main building, and 4 minutes walk to the Tram station Bültmannshof (Linie 4), which connects you to the whole city! Near to the Tram station there is a park with a lake, Döner shop and a Supermarket too. And as the building located in the University street, the neighborhood is full of students and international atmosphere is great:) If you wanna go to a 09.00 lecture, only thing you need to do is waking up and leaving your room at 08.50 !
We are a 5er-WG, as I am (Arina) moving out, the room will be available from the 01.11, therefore we are looking for a new flatmate😊 We are all students, and we like to do activities together, we like to cook and eat together, talk about politics/history/life, have movie nights🍿🎬 together, go out for events etc. We clean regularly the common spaces, so keeping the places clean is very important for us, we try to keep the kitchen organized and don't leave any dirty stuff around there, and we also respect each other's personal spaces. We are looking for a flatmate who is tidy, intellectual, friendly, and likes to have fun with flatmates.🥳
