Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3-Personen-WG. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Eingang und besitzt ein großes Fenster durch das immer genug Tageslischt scheint. Die Größe des Zimmers beträgt 12 Quadratmeter und es ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem großen Regal, einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, zwei Wandregalen, einer Gitarrenhalterung, und einem eigenen Spiegel ausgestattet. Zusätzlich verfügt es noch über ein eigenes Waschbecken, so dass man sich im Bad nicht in die Quere kommen kann. Die Wände der Zimmer sind schalldicht und lassen nur wenige Geräusche durch, sodass du auch unbesorgt mal etwas lauter Musik hören kannst. Die blickdichten Vorhänge vor dem Fenster und der Tür würde ich beim Auszug, wenn erwünscht da lassen.
Das Bad mit Dusche und WC und die Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach teilen wir uns. Außerdem können wir den Garten benutzen und haben einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Die Mietkosten setzten sich aus Kaltmiete (230€), Heizkosten (20€), Strom(15€) und Wasser (10€) zusammen.
We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment. The room has its own entrance and has a large window through which there is always enough daylight. The size of the room is 12 square meters and it is equipped with a closet, a large shelf, a bed, a desk, a chair, two wall shelves, a guitar holder, and its own mirror. In addition, it also has its own sink, so you can not get in each other's way in the bathroom. The walls of the rooms are soundproof and let only a few sounds through, so you can listen to music a little louder without worrying. The opaque curtains in front of the window and the door I would leave when moving out, if desired.
The bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator with small freezer compartment we share. In addition, we can use the garden and have a small storage room.
The rental costs consist of rent (230€), heating costs (20€), electricity (15€) and water (10€).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Teutoburger Wald und dem Naherholungsgebiet Johannisberg, was sie zu einer tollen Wohnung macht, die die Natur lieben und gerne spazieren, wandern oder joggen gehen. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen sind nur ca. 5 und 10 Gehminuten entfernt, die nächsten drei S-Bahn-Haltestellen (Adenauerplatz, Siegfriedplatz, Jahnplatz (Innenstadt)) 10 bis 15 Minuten. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in 10 Minuten (Netto) bzw. 15 Minuten (Edeka und Aldi) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Sparrenburg, der Tierpark Olderdissen, der Bürgerpark, eine Kunstgalerie mit Park, eine Turnhalle und ein Kletterpark sind ebenfalls in der Nähe der Wohnung.
The apartment is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and the Johannisberg recreation area, which makes it a great apartment for those who love nature and enjoy walking, hiking or jogging. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment is very centrally located. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away. The nearest bus stops are only about 5 and 10 minutes walk away, the nearest three S-Bahn stops (Adenauerplatz, Siegfriedplatz, Jahnplatz (downtown)) 10 to 15 minutes. Grocery stores are within 10 minutes (Netto) or 15 minutes (Edeka and Aldi) walking distance. The Sparrenburg, the Olderdissen Zoo, the Bürgerpark, an art gallery with a park, a gymnasium and a climbing park are also close to the apartment.
Zwei der früheren Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen aus, weil sie ihre Ausbildung abgeschlossen haben und somit wird es fast eine WG-Neugründung mit Lisa, die 23 Jahre alt ist und Public Health studiert.
Lisa wird noch ca. 1 Jahr in der Wohnung bleiben. Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein. Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames Kochen, im Garten entspannen, Filmabende oder zusammen Sport machen sind sehr willkommen, wobei natürlich auch respektiert wird, wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe haben will.
Two of the former flatmates are moving out because they have finished their education and so it will almost be a new flatmate with Lisa, who is 23 years old and studies Public Health.
Lisa will stay in the apartment for about 1 more year. It is not meant to be a purpose shared apartment. Activities such as cooking together, relaxing in the garden, movie nights or doing sports together are very welcome, although of course it is also respected if someone wants to have his peace and quiet.
Die WG hat einen Internetvertrag den wir uns miteinander teilen (13,32€/Monat bei drei Leuten).
Ein paar Möbel auf den Bilder sind Möbel von mir und nicht die vom Vermieter gestellten Möbel. Bei einem Gespräch kann ich dazu nähere Infos geben, schreib mich einfach hier an, falls du Interesse oder Fragen hast, Onlinegespräche über Zoom sind auch möglich.
The shared flat has an internet contract that we share (13,32€/month for three people).
