Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtgröße von etwa 72 qm. Küche, Bad (Klo ist separat),
Wohnzimmer und Garten, sowie Waschküche und Keller dürfen mitbenutzt werden. Es steht außerdem ein Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und bietet viel Stellfläche. Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett möbliert sowie auch die Küche. Ein DSL-Anschluß mit Telefonflat ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Rauchen ist im eigenen Zimmer erlaubt, sowie je nach Absprache auch im Wohnzimmer.

Die Wohnung liegt im Brackweder Süden, aber eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Mit dem Bus kann man in ca. 25 Min. direkt bis in die Innenstadt durchfahren und bis zur Uni sind es ca. 45 Min. Mit dem Auto in locker 15 Min. zu erreichen!
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut; Aldi, Jibi und Rewe befinden sich in direkter Umgebung und ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke.
Ich (30 Jahre alt und derzeit in Ausbildung) suche zum 01.04.2014 eine nette Mitbewohnerin für eine Zweier-WG.
