Ein hübsches Zimmer von 16qm im Hochparterre und in fußläufiger Nähe zur Uni wird frei! Da meine mitbewohenein Ihr Zimmer schweren Herzens verlässt suche ich eine*n Nachfolger*in!
Die Wohnung liegt super nahe an der Uni, am Teuto und an der Haltestelle zum Bültmannshof. In die Innenstadt geht es mit der Linie 4 auch ganz fix! Die Lage könnte also nicht besser sein!
Zu mir: Mit mir kann man gemeinsam kochen, einen Kaffee trinken, wandern und spazieren und mal gemeinsam zum Sport. Natürlich ist es auch jederzeit möglich, dass Du Deine Tür hinter Dir schließt.
Das hier ist keine Party-WG und es wäre schön, wenn Du das respektierst!
Aktuell steht im Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin npxh ein Schreibtisch, ein Teppich, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Bett. Gerne kannst Du die Möbel übernehmen. Über einen Preis werdet ihr Euch sicherlich einig.
WICHTIG: Hier gibt es einen Putzplan, an den Du Dich halten müsstest.
