Hey ihr Lieben,
Da ich innerhalb Bielefelds umziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer in der WG ab 01.08.2023 frei. Es ist ein sehr gemütliches und sonniges Zimmer, da durch die großen Fenster den ganzen Tag über viel Licht in den Raum fällt. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Bett mit Matratze, einem Regal, einer Kommode, einer Stehlampe und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es in der WG eine Küche mit viel Platz und ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Since I will move within Bielefeld, my room in the WG becomes free from 01.08.2023. It is a very cozy and sunny room as a lot of light falls into the room through the large windows all day long. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, bed with mattress, shelf, a chest of drawers, a floor lamp, and a closet.
Also in the WG is a kitchen with plenty of space and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Lohmannshof ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt einen Penny in der Nähe der Wohnung und einen Kiosk für spontane Einkäufe. Die Universität ist auch nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
The apartment is very well located, the Lohmannshof tram station is less than 5 minute walk away. There is a penny close to the apartment and a kiosk for spontaneous shopping. The university is also just 5-10 minutes away by foot and you can easily reach city center using tram in 15-20 minutes.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 350 Euro und die Nebenkosten würden je nach Monat zwischen 20-40 Euro im Monat kosten und beinhalten Wifi. Der Vermieter würde jemanden bevorzugen, der an der Universität eingeschrieben ist und längerfristigig bleiben möchte.
