The room has the diameters ~ 15m² and the best view over Bielefeld. It is part of an apartment in the 4th and highes floor of an old building.
The shower is renovated newly. The kitchen is small but very good equiped. Other than that the apartment has 3 other rooms as well as an atic on wich you could store stuff.
The monthly rent is at ~330€ and the caution is ~500€ and has to be paid in advance. The price for the room includes everything from electricity to water. The only extra costs are ~15€ a month for Internet and one forth of GEZ.

Das Zimmer ist etwa 15m² groß und hat den schönsten Ausblick über Bielefeld. Es liegt im 4. Stock eines Altbaus.
Die Dusche ist relativ neu saniert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber dafür sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Flur und 3 weitere Zimmer so wie ein recht großer Dachboden, der auf mit als Abstellkammer von uns genutzt werden kann.
Die monatliche Miete liegt bei etwa 330€ und die Kaution beträgt etwa 500€. In der Miete ist alles mit enthalten (Strom, Wasser, etc.) bis auf ~15€ monatlich für Internet und 1/4 GEZ.
Location
The apartment is in the fourth floor and in a very central possition in Bielefeld. The central station as well as the Nordpark and Siegfriedplatz (for people new in Bielefeld: Nordpark and Siegfriedplatz are good places for social gatherings and studentpartys), are all ten minutes away by foot. The building is almost literaly on top of a U-Bahn station, which means the next public transport is only downstairs.
For students the closenes to the university which is 15 minutes by bike might be important.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock und ist vom hbf, dem Sigi (Siegfriedsplatz) und dem Nordpark nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (für die die neu in Bielefeld sind: Der Nordpark und Sigi sind beliebte Treffpunkte und werden oft für Studentenfeiern benutzt). Außerdem liegt die Wohnung fast Wörtlich auf einer U-Bahnstation, womit der nächste Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur die Treppe runter ist.
Für Studenten ist die Nähe zur Uni erwähnenswert. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nämlich nur 15 Minuten.
