Ich suche ab dem 01.06.2009 eine/n neue Mitbewohner/in für mein WG Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses im Bielefelder Zentrum. Die Innenstadt, sowie der Bhf sind in max 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Bus hält fast direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Nähe (Penny, Jibi, Kiosk, Bäcker)
Die Wohnung ist ca 70 m² groß und verfügt über 3 Zimmer. Neben dem eigenen ca 15 m² großen Zimmer, gibt es ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (welches auch frei wird) und eine kleine Wohnküche.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Fenster(!) ausgestattet, das WC ist separat.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit meiner Mitbewohnerin (28, Studentin) die lieb, offen und für allen scheiss zu haben ist (dich aber auch in Ruhe lässt, wenn du darauf bestehst :) )
Wir sind keine Zweck WG, haben aber auch keine festen Essenszeiten!
Die Gesamtmiete der Wohnung beträgt ca 305€ (incl. Stadtwerke+Telefon+DSL)
