also ich zieh am 31.10.2009 aus, leider denn es ist eine sehr angenehme wg. sie ist in der august bebel str.24 und du würdest da mit dem Hauke wohnen. er studiert an der uni und ist 24 Jahre alt. du musst aber kein student sein um hier zu wohnen. bis zum bahnhof sind es 5 min zu fuss und alles andere, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super zu fuss zu erreichen. sonst fährt aber auch noch ein bus vor der haustür.
die wg ist 71 qm gross, das zimmer ist 16 qm gross und hell. es liegt nach hinten raus, d.h du hast keins straßenlärm :)
es gibt eine große küche, ein großes bad und ein großes wohnzimmer was ihr euch teilt. dein zimmer und haukes zimmer liegen weit auseinander, so das man auch mal seine ruhe hat.
