wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitglied unserer Wohngemeinschaft. Nur ungern verlasse ich dieses sehr helle und 16 qm große Zimmer im Bielefelder Westen. Du kannst dich nicht nur auf das Zimmer freuen, sondern auch auf zwei sehr nette, hilfsbereite und angenehme Mitbewohner: Svenja (25) und Thomas (31). Auch wenn wir nicht alles zusammen machen, und es kein regelmäßigen Mittwoch-Spiele-Abend gibt, stehen die Zimmertüren meistens offen...
...also wenn du Interesse hast, dann melde dich doch bitte.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, der Hauptbahnhof ist direkt um die Ecke, der Bäcker ist im Nachbargebäude, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 3 "Wittekindstraße" ist direkt unter dem Gebäude, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Jibi 3 min, Lidl 3min, Aldi 7 min, Edeka 7 min), der Siegfriedplatz ist auch keine 7 Gehminuten weg. Also im Grunde eine optimale Wohnlage...
Ich ziehe am 16.2 aus der Wohnung aus. D.h. ab da ist das Zimmer definitiv frei, natürlich ist es auch möglich das Zimmer erst ab 1.3 zu mieten.
