Ab 01.08. ist in meiner Wohnung ein Zimmer zu vergeben. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, hat 78m² und vier Zimmer, von denen ich zwei selbst bewohne. Das freie Zimmer hat 14m² und ist schön hell. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer das zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gedacht ist, außerdem Flur, Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und Bad (mit Badewanne). Über die Internetnutzung (DSL, Flatrate) möchte ich gerne erst mit meinem neuen Mitbewohner nachdenken, da ich bis jetzt vorwiegend in der Uni ins Netz gehe. Bin da aber offen. Ich bin 32 und Studentin und habe eine Katze. Und finde es in erster Linie wichtig, dass man miteinander zurecht kommt. Putzpläne sind fatal, kann man auch anders regeln.
