Hallo, ich bin Jürgen und habe meine Wohnung zum 31.1.2016 gekündigt, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe. Weil ich im Dez. schon ausziehe, suche ich noch Interessenten für eine Zwischenmiete.
Ich bin 26 und Student - Soziale Arbeit. Franzi ist 21 und Maria 30; studieren auch beide
Wenn du vlt. zufällig 2 Monate (zum Andocken oder Überbrücken) hier wohnen möchtest, schreib mir eine Nachricht, damit wir einen Termin zur Besichtigung ausmachen können.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zur August-Bebel-Str. Sehr zentral!!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jede Menge. Zu der Stadtbahn sind es ca. 5 Min. Zum Ravensberger Park 2 Min. Zum Jahnplatz ca. 5 Min.
Es gibt übrigens keine Waschmaschine im Haus und keinen Anschluss.
Dafür aber reichlich Shops aller Art um die Ecke.
Die Nachbarn sind auch in Ordnung.
Das Zimmer kann mit einer Matratze übernommen werden.
