Kleines Gemütliches Zimmer in 2er WG. Die Wohnung ist 68 m² groß. Neben dem Zimmer ist natürlich Küche und Wohnzimmer mit benutzbar. Internet ist 50 Mbit Leitung die relativ probemlos läuft. Im Flur ist Schwarzlicht so das man nachts beim aufstehen auf dem flur nicht komplett geblendet ist.
Sehr Zentral, 3 Minuten bis Haltestelle Rathaus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Rewe: 5 Min entfernt. Real: 8 min entfernt. Ca 6 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Bahnhof zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung geht auf einen Hinterhof raus, sie ist also trotz der Lage sehr ruhig.
28 Jähriger Student. Ruhiges WG-Leben ohne viel Stress oder Parties. Alles wird eher ruhig angegangen. Ich spiele gerne Brett-,Karten- und Computerspiele. Gemeinsames Kochen und Essen ist jederzeit gerne willkommen. Es gibt 2 Kühlschränke in der Wohnung einem im Wohnzimmer (liebevoll Pizza und Bierkühlschrank genannt) und einen in der Küche. Ein Herd ist auch vorhanden.
Nebenkosten sind Pauschal also muss man keine Nachzahlung am Ende des Jahres befürchten.
