The room is large, with nice light. It will be partially furnished (the extend of furniture can be discussed if you have interest in the apartment). The kitchen has everything needed- oven, stove, dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the Basement, and there is a nice-sized living room for people to gather and hang out.
Perfect location- right around the corner from Siegfriedplatz which has a nice market during the summertime on Wednesday and Friday mornings, and a two minute walk to the train stop Siefgfriedplatz. Less than 10 minutes to university and 5 minutes to the inner city area. Down the street is a grocery store.
We are looking for an easy going person to sublet a room in our WG. The roommates are Molly, 25, MA Sociology student from the U.S., Gloria, 27, MA Media Sciences student, from the U.S., Tracy, 25, MA Sociology student, also from the U.S., and Artur, 28, BA Philosophy and English student from Germany. Because Gloria is in a WG lease agreement until the end of May, we are searching for a subletter for the months of April and May.
This is a great subleasing opportunity for international students arriving to Bielefeld without permanent housing. It would give you two months with the help of other international and German students to find a permanent WG, gather furniture, get acclimated to the city, and meet some new people. All of us currently in the WG are friendly, social, and welcoming.
The room will only be partly furnished, however, there is a possibility to take over some furniture from the other roommates. This can be discussed if and when you have interest in subleasing! We'll most likely want to do a Skype interview, or chat on over the phone to see if things would be a good fit. Hope to hear from you soon!
