Im September ist mein 16 m² Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Die normale miete ist €289. Da mein Zimmer nur für ein Monat verfügbar ist, biete ich das Zimmer für €220 an.
Bevorzugen Mädchen, es muss allerdings nicht unbedingt Studentin sein.
Die WG liegt in dem Studentenwohnheim O-Kiste an der Großen-Kurfürsten-Straße. Die Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. An der Uni ist man in knapp 15 Minuten. Direkt im Erdgeschoss des Wohnheims befinden sich ein Edeka, ein Aldi und ein Bäcker. Zahlreiche Kneipen und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.Du bist in 10 min zu Fuss in der Hauptbahnhof sowie in die Stadt.
In der Wohnung leben Nicole (24) und Benjamin (30), die Atmosphäre ist sehr ruhig und wir quatschen ab und zu in die Küche.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und komplett möbliert und du hast in der Wohnung alles drin; Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine.

Hello im september is my 16m² room with 2 other students in the famous O-Kiste free. Preferred girls, but it doesn't have to be a student.
The room is very bright and completely furnished and you have in the flat all needed Dishwasher and Washing machine.
