Da es sich im obersten Stockwerk des Gebäudes befindet, hast du keine Probleme mit Lärm und eine gute Aussicht, außerdem hast du einen leichteren Zugang zur Terrasse des Gebäudes.

As it is located in the top floor of the building you won't have any issues of noise and you will have a good view, also you will have an easier access to the terrace of the building.

Die Lage ist super! In 5 Minuten erreichst du das Hauptgebäude der Universität und in 4 Minuten die Tramstation, die dich mit der ganzen Stadt verbindet! In der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle gibt es auch einen Dönerladen und einen Supermarkt. Und da das Gebäude in der Universitätsstraße liegt, ist die Nachbarschaft voller Studenten und die internationale Atmosphäre ist toll.

The location is superb! It's 5 minutes walk to the university's main building🏰, and 4 minutes walk to the Tram station🚀, which connects you to the whole city🏜️! Near to the Tram station there is a Döner shop🥗 and a Supermarket🏪 too. And as the building located in the University street, the neighborhood is full of students and international atmosphere is great⚡. If you wanna go to a 09.00 lecture, only thing you need to do is waking up and leavingyour room at 08.50 💤😂
We are a 5er-WG, as one of our flatmate is leaving, the room will be available from the 01.11 therefore we are looking for a new flatmate. We are all students, and we like to do activities together, we like to cook🍲 and eat🍕together, talk about politics/history/life🗣️, have movie nights🍿🎬 together, go out for events🎨 etc. We clean regularly the common spaces, so keeping the places clean is very important for us, we try to keep the kitchen organized and don't leave any dirty stuff around there, and we also respect each other's personal spaces with not making any noise. We are looking for a flatmate who is tidy, intellectual, friendly, and likes to have fun with flatmates.🥳🦾
