ich mache ein Praktikum in Spanien und möchte für den Zeitraum mein Zimmer untervermieten. Ich wohne momentan in einer großen Wohnung mit 4 Zimmern und zwei Bädern mit meiner guten Freundin Jenny zusammen. Mein Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und hat große Fenster. Ich würde meine Möbel ( Bett, Kleiderstange, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Regal) in dem Zimmer lassen und meine Sachen ausräumen und platz für deine Sachen machen.

i am going to make a internship in Spain and want to rent my room for this time. At the moment i live in a large flat with 4 rooms and two bathrooms together with my good friend Jenny. My room ha 15 sq and big windows. I would keep my furniture (bed, clothes rail, dresser, table, shelf ) in the room and put all my clothes out to make space for stuff.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral in 2 Minuten kann die Bahnhaltestelle Dürkopp Tor 6 erreicht werden und in 5 Minuten die Haltestelle Marktstraße, an der die Linie 3 zur Uni fährt. Ein Rewe ist direkt nebenan und Aldi, Netto, Lidl, Edeka sind auch a zu Fuss in 10 bis 15 min zu erreichen.
The location is very central. You can reach the Station Dürkopp Tor 6 in two minutes and the Station Marktstraße in 5 minutes, there you can take the Tram to the university. A Rewe in near by and a lot of other supermarkets are 10 to 15 minutes by feet away.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Jenny ist sehr entspannten :) Sie ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert klinische Linguistik. Wenns soweit ist können wir uns gerne treffen oder facetimen.
