Wir (beide 27, m. und w.) suchen nette Verstärkung für unsere 3er WG!
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Lohmannshofes, die Uni ist also nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Bahn ist man gerade mal 10 Minuten unterwegs.
Alles inklusive (mit Telefon- und Internetflatrate) betragen die monatlichen Kosten 220€.
Im Zimmer steht ein Massivholz-Kleiderschrank, davon abgesehen ist es unmöbliert.
Für die Wohnung wird ein Wohnberechtigungsschein benötigt (den zu bekommen ist für Studenten kein Problem).
