Hi,
da ich für 5 Monate als Assitant Teacher nach Singapur gehe, suche ich eine Untermieterin für mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Vermietungszeitraum kann auch auf 6 Monate gelegt werden.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und befindet sich in der "Orangenkiste". Die Größe ist vom Studentenwerk mit etwa 16m2 angegeben und die gesamte Wohnfläche beträgt etwa 81m2.
Zu der WG gehört ein großes Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne separat und eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Sofa.
Du bekommst zwei sehr nette Mitbewohnerinnen, die Romanische Kulturen und Anglistik studieren und auch sehr pflegeleicht sind.
Also wenn du ein Zimmer in der Orangenkiste mit netten Mitbewohnerinnen suchst, dann melde dich einfach per Mail, oder Handy.
Die WG befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und zur Einkausfsmeile 5 Minuten. Zur Uni benötigt man mit der Bahn 10 Minuten. Aldi & Edeka befinden sich direkt neben an!
