Hey we are Nadia and Ana and we are looking for someone to live with us in the best student flat ever. We speak English in the flat so it would be nice if you are fine with speaking English on a daily basis.
Your future room is big (16m2), has lots of light and is going out on a quiet street. I will leave my bed, a cute chair and a shelf. I'd like to sell them to you, we can discuss the price.
Our flat is in a student dorm in the city centre. It has a big balcony, a nice kitchen/living room area with a couch to chill on as well as a TV.
The kitchen is filled with all the dishes and utensils (pans, pots etc.). We also have 2 coffee machines, a microwave, a dishwasher.
We have a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. In the basement you can find the washing machines (for free) as well as a parking for cars and bikes.

Hey, wir sind Nadia und Ana und suchen jemanden, der mit uns in der besten Studenten-WG aller Zeiten wohnt. Wir sprechen Englisch in der WG, daher wäre es schön, wenn du dich mit täglichem Englisch sprechen wohl fühlst.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist groß (16m2), hat viel Licht und geht auf eine ruhige Straße hinaus. Ich werde mein Bett, einen niedlichen Stuhl und ein Regal zurücklassen. Ich würde sie dir gerne verkaufen, wir können den Preis besprechen.
Unsere WG befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim im Stadtzentrum. Es hat einen großen Balkon, einen schönen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit einer Couch zum Entspannen sowie einen Fernseher.
Die Küche ist mit allen Geschirr und Utensilien gefüllt (Pfannen, Töpfe usw.). Wir haben auch 2 Kaffeemaschinen, eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine.
Wir haben eine separate Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. Im Keller findest du die Waschmaschinen (kostenlos) sowie einen Parkplatz für Autos und Fahrräder.
The flat is in the city centre so everything is pretty close:

-Hauptbahnhof (10 min)
-University is 20 minutes away (in total)
-Bus station is 2 minutes away
-Combi is 5 minutes away
-Loom (the mall) is 8 minutes away

Hey I am Ana and I'm from Spain. I'm 24 years old. As a part time job I'm an online tutor for science subjects. Right now I'm also learning German. In my free time I like to crochet, paint or hang out with friends. I like to watch Formula 1 and sometimes I go to the gym with Nadia.
Holaa I am Nadia, 22 years old and currently studying my bachelor in Social Work at the HSBI. When I am not working on the weekends in Bethel I am either meeting my friends, cooking or baking something vegan. Right now I am learning Arabic and Spanish with Ana. When summer starts I love to go for long walks and drink bubble tea.
In this WG we love to hang out together. We either cook, eat, play board games or study together. Sometimes we also watch movies or tv shows or play Mario Bros on the switch in the evenings. When the weather is good we chill in the balcony listening to music and drinking coffee/beer/ tea. And when it is not possible because of the goddamn weather in this country :) we do exactly the same but in the kitchen, while talking about how our day went or just about random stuff. But it's always nice, fun and cozy at our home:)
Hi here's Masha, I'm moving out and you will be moving in instead of me -- congrats:) Ana and Nadia actually became really good friends of mine and I had so much fun living with them. I really hope you all get along and continue being awesome and having fun:)

Hallo, ich bin Ana und komme aus Spanien. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt. Als Teilzeitjob arbeite ich als Online-Tutorin für naturwissenschaftliche Fächer. Im Moment lerne ich auch Deutsch. In meiner Freizeit häkle ich gerne, male oder treffe mich mit Freunden. Ich schaue gerne Formel 1 und manchmal gehe ich mit Nadia ins Fitnessstudio.
Ich bin Nadia, 22 Jahre alt und studiere derzeit Soziale Arbeit an der HSBI. Wenn ich an den Wochenenden nicht in Bethel arbeite, treffe ich mich entweder mit Freunden, koche oder backe etwas Veganes. Im Moment lerne ich Arabisch und Spanisch mit Ana. Wenn der Sommer beginnt, liebe ich es lange Spaziergänge zu machen und Bubble Tea zu trinken.
In dieser WG verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander. Wir kochen zusammen, essen, spielen Brettspiele oder lernen gemeinsam. Manchmal schauen wir auch Filme oder Fernsehsendungen oder spielen Mario Bros auf der Switch am Abend. Wenn das Wetter gut ist, entspannen wir auf dem Balkon, hören Musik und trinken Kaffee/Bier/Tee. Und wenn das aufgrund des verfluchten Wetters in diesem Land nicht möglich ist :) machen wir genau dasselbe, aber in der Küche, während wir darüber reden, wie unser Tag war oder einfach über belanglose Dinge. Aber es ist immer schön, lustig und gemütlich bei uns zu Hause :)
Hallo, hier ist Masha, ich ziehe aus und du wirst an meiner Stelle einziehen - herzlichen Glückwunsch :) Ana und Nadia sind wirklich gute Freundinnen von mir geworden und ich hatte so viel Spaß mit ihnen zu leben. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass ihr alle gut miteinander auskommt und weiterhin toll seid und Spaß habt :)

As it is a student dorm, you have to be a student at Uni/HSBI or be doing an Ausbildung to move in here.
