Bei uns ist ein Zimmer, ca. 12m², ca. 200€warm, ab sofort frei. Wäre schön, wenn sich ein zweiter Mann finden würde, der in unsere WG passt. Dann ist Heiner nicht mehr so alleine ;)
Die Altbau-Wohnung hat ein großes helles Wohnzimmer, geräumige Küche mit allem drum und dran (Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher...) ein Durchgangszimmer das wir zur Zeit als Büro/ Bastelraum, Nähzimmer nutzen und natürlich ein Bad mit großer Badewanne und Dusche.
Im Hinterhof ist ein bisher ungenutzter Anbau den man als Proberaum, Atelier,... umfunktionieren könnte. Außerdem sind zwei Kellerräume unser, plus Waschmaschine.
Von der Wohnung aus sind es etwa 3 min zum Nordpark und 7min zum Bhf. Türkischer supermarkt, Drugstore und türkischer Grill sind direkt um die Ecke und zum nächsten Jibi und Lidl ist´s auch nicht weit.
