Wir, Matthias (30), Mara (26) und Action (Katze) suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere schöne und sehr zentral gelegene WG. Wir bieten: gemütliche Wohnküche, Super Nintendo, Gameboy + Radio auf dem WC, Spülmaschine, diverse Gesellschaftsspiele, Garten zum Grillen und natürlich das Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hell, hat hohe Decken und ein großes Fenster. Wenn du WG-erfahren, gesellig und halbwegs ordentlich bist, dann bist du herzlich eingeladen, dir das Zimmer anzusehen. Zu erreichen sind wir am besten Nachmittags.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Jahnplatz inklusive Bahnhaltestelle, Innenstadt, Kneipen etc. ist alles innerhalb von max. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer kann auch ab sofort bezogen werden...
