da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, hell und wie die restliche Wohnung vor etwa 2 Jahren ökologisch mit Korkboden und Kalkfarbe renoviert worden. Es kann unmöbliert oder möbliert bezogen werden. Das Bad ist ebenso neu gemacht worden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (außer einer Spülmaschine), schön geräumig und gemütlich.
Es gibt einen kleinen Flur mit Garderobe sowie ein kleines Wohnzimmer (10 qm).
Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch, sowie die Möglichkeit, das Fahrrad unterzustellen.

Hi,
I have a free room in my flat, from now on until september 2018 (shorter stays are possible). It has about 15 m^2 and it costs around 350 euro. The flat has 65 m^2 and consists of a nice kitchen, a small living room, bathroom and my room. There is a big garden and lots of possibilities to go outside. We also have a washing machine and space for bicycles and cars.
The room can be rented furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk) or unfurnished.
Die Lage ist das schöne an dieser Wohnung. Sie ist im Grünen gelegen, mit großem Garten drumherum, gleichzeitig aber noch in Bielefeld und gut an die Stadtbahn (Linie 2) angebunden. In 15-20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und in 40 Minuten an der Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 km bis zur Uni, dafür braucht man ca. 30-40 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Marktkauf, Combi) gibt es in 15 Lauf- bzw. 5 Fahrradminuten.
Dafür ist man sehr schnell draußen und kann ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen oder sich zum Lernen in den Garten setzen, wenn einem danach ist.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock eines Hauses, in dem noch die Vermieter wohnen, eine Familie mit vier Kindern.

The next tram line is 10 minutes away (line 2) and it takes another 10 minutes to get to the city center. It takes around 40 minutes to get to the university, 30-40 by bike and around 15 minutes to get to the city center by bike.
Shopping facilities (Aldi, Marktkauf, Combi) are within 15 minutes (walk) or 5 minutes (bike).
Ich bin Birte, 24, studiere im Master Statistische Wissenschaften nachdem ich vorher Psychologie gemacht hab. Ich liebe diese Wohnung und bin gespannt dich kennen zu lernen. Am wichtigsten ist mir eigentlich nur, dass wir uns gut verstehen, was wir am besten bei einem Treffen herausfinden können.
(Ich rauche selber nicht und finds auch nicht so gut, wenn in der Wohnung geraucht wird. Draußen im Garten geht das aber.)

Das Zimmer ist bis zum 30.09.2018 befristet. Es kann möbliert oder unmöbliert bezogen werden.
Die Kosten bestehen aus:
220 Euro Kaltmiete, 60 Euro Betriebskosten, 70 Euro Strom, Internet und GEZ.
