Your room is small, there is no way to tell it differently.
but the room is still pretty good, everything you need will fit. also, the location is so good, you won't spend a lot of time in here anyways. also we often spend time together in the big kitchen. that's fun.
the location is amazing. we are at the border between gay village and the Chinese quarter. we have everything we need right around the corner and love living here together
