Zeiten sind flexible, aber je länger desto besser. Jeden Tag den ich nicht von Bochum nach Köln und zurück pendeln muss ist ein gewonnern. ;)
Das 19qm große ruhige möbilierte Zimmer in einer netten 3er-WG mit Laminat und Logia inklusive Ausblick ins Grüne gehört zu einer ca. 100qm großen Wohnung mit geräumigem Wohnzimmer und großer Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und Backofen mit Cerankochfeldern. Der Dachboden darf zum Trocknen von Wäsche benutzt
werden und ein Kellerraum bietet Platz für Fahrrad und andere Kleinigkeiten.

Hello folks, my name is Allan. At the moment i have to work in Cologne till 31th October therefore you can get my room. Its only 5min by walk to the next metro station and supermarket, 20min. by metro to Ruhr University. It is a nice, calm flat, not far away from Bochum center, with chill and friendly room mates. If you need a room during this period write me a message.
Man ist in weniger als 5 Fußminuten an der U-Bahnstation Feldsieper Straße mit Anbindung an die U35 Richtung Ruhruni (14min) und Hauptbahnhof/Stadtzentrum(5 min). Penny, Edeka und Kaufland sind weniger als 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Stadtpark Bochum und Park Hamme sind ebenfalls nicht weit weg. Auch ins Stadtzentrum selbst benötigst du nur 15min zu Fuß, was durchaus nützlich ist, wenn man Abends mal länger aus geht und die Bahn nicht mehr fährt.
Deine Mitbewohner wären zwei aufgeschlossene, freundliche, musikalische, sportliche Menschen im Alter von 24 und 29, die sich eine Nicht-Zweck-WG wünschen, in der auch mal zusammen gekocht, gequatscht und gefeiert wird. Ansonsten lässt jeder jedem seinem Freiraum, falls man auch mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.
Bei Interesse (oder Fragen) einfach eine Email mit Alter und ein paar Infos über euch an mich (Allan) schicken. Besichtigungen sind idR. ab dem späten Nachmittag möglich. Klingeln bei "Gorny, Sekuterski".
