Schönes Dachzimmer in zentraler 4er WG

Die Lage unserer WG ist ziemlich unschlagbar. Direkt am Eingang zum Bermuda3eck, aber noch weit genug davon entfernt, um nicht ALLES mithören zu müssen. Vor unserer Haustür gibt es Buchläden, Restaurants, Bars und das Casablanca Kino. Ein bisschen hört man das gesellige Treiben natürlich schon durch unsere Fenster, vor allem am Wochenende. Dafür ist der Weg zu vielen wichtigen Orten, wie z.B. dem Schauspielhaus 10 min, zum Hauptbahnhof (U-Bahn, Straßenbahnen, Regionalverkehr, ICE…) nur 5 min. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Lidl, dm usw. sind sehr nah, genauso wie die Bochumer Innenstadt. Wir spazieren aber auch gerne zum Westpark oder zur Wiese vor dem Bergbaumuseum.

The location of our WG is pretty awesome. Right at the entrance to the Bermuda3eck, but still far enough away from it to have to listen to EVERYTHING. On our doorstep there are bookstores, restaurants, bars and the Casablanca cinema. Of course, you can hear a bit of the social activity through our windows, especially on weekends. But the way to many important places, such as the Schauspielhaus is 10 min, to the main station (subway, streetcars, regional transport, ICE ...) only 5 min. Also shopping facilities such as REWE, Lidl, dm, etc. are very close, as well as the Bochum city center. But we also like to walk to the Westpark or the meadow in front of the Bergbaumuseum.

Wir wollen eine schöne und freund*innenschaftliche Gemeinschaft und unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen: auf Veranstaltungen gehen, Tee trinken, Filme gucken, kochen und hoffen dass wir kein Corona kriegen und auf Demonstrationen gehen. Unsere WG ist ein queerfreundlicher und feministischer Ort und das soll sie auch bleiben.
Mit dir wohnen: Naomi (24) studiert Rehabilitationspädagogik. Sie backt gerne, hört gerne Musik und Sport mag sie eigentlich auch ganz gerne (nur im Moment eher weniger). Außerdem hat sie ab und zu ihren Hund zu Besuch, vor Hunden solltest du also am besten keine Angst haben:) Tabea (sie/ihr), 25, studiert begeistert Gender Studies, ist immer noch dabei den Pott zu erkunden und sticht ab und zu Tattoos oder ist in der Oval Office Bar zu finden und Paul (er/ihn), 24, befindet sich im hinteren Drittel seines Psychologiestudiums, hört und macht gerne Musik und versucht im deutschen Herbst die italienische Sonne nicht zu sehr zu vermissen. Uns ist wichtig, dass Du auch Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben hast, wir teilen fast alle Lebensmittel und sprechen uns in vielen Fragen ab. Offene Kommunikation und eine geteilte politische Grundhaltung würden wir uns ebenfalls wünschen (Keine Angst, Du musst nicht zu allem die perfekte Haltung haben, es geht eher um einen Grundkonsens.) We want a beautiful and friendly community and like to do things together: go to events, drink tea, watch films, cook and hope that we don't get Corona and go to demonstrations. Our WG is a queer-friendly and feminist place and we want it to stay that way.
With you stay: Naomi (she/her), 24, is studying rehabilitation education. She likes to bake, listen to music and sports (only at the moment rather less). She also has her dog over from time to time, so it's best not to be afraid of dogs :)
Tabea (she/her), 25, studies enthusiastic about Gender Studies, is still exploring the pot and sometimes tattoos or chills at the Oval Office Bar and Paul (him/her), 24, is in the last third of his psychology studies, likes listening to and making music and in the German autumn doesn't try to miss the Italian sun too much. It is important to us that you also want to live together in a flat share, we share almost all groceries and talk to each other on many questions. We would also like open communication and a shared political attitude (don't worry, you don't have to have the perfect attitude towards everything, it's more about a basic consensus.) We look forward to your message and your ideas on how to shape our living.

Weil ich ja einen Großteil der Gegenstände da lassen werde, würde ich eine kleine Kaution von dir nehmen, die du dann am Ende der 7 Monate wieder bekommen würdest! Beim Einzugsdatum können wir auch nochmal miteinander reden.
Wir suchen vor allem nach einer FLINTA, also Personen, die sich als Frau, lesbisch, inter, nicht-binär, trans oder agender definieren.

Because I will be leaving a lot of the items there, I would take a small deposit from you, which you would then get back at the end of the 7 months! We can also talk about the move-in date.
