Das Zimmer ist das zweitgrößte in der Wg, Richtung Norden (sprich nicht Richtung Straße) und direkt an unserem Westbalkon. Möbiliert und mit großen Fenstern.
Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kleidungsregal, Bett, Magnetwand und Couchtisch sind vorhanden.
Ich bin auch nur für den Zeitraum weg, da meine Freundin und Mitbewohnerin gerade in Spanien ist, und ich durch‘s Online Semester dort hausen kann 😁
The room is the second biggest in the flat and directed towards north - not towards the street. At the same time it’s located directly next to our western balcony.
It’s fully furnished with a desk, library, dresser, king sized bed, white board and couch table.
I’m just temporarily leaving the room to meet my girlfriend during her Erasmus in Barcelona 😁

Premium Lage mitten in der Innenstadt, alles ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar.
In 5 min erreicht man: U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Supermärkte (Penny, Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Capadoccia), Bermuda3Eck, Kortumstraße.
In 10 min dann praktisch den Rest: Westpark, Bochum HBF, Ehrenfeld, Haupteinkaufsstraße und alle möglichen Geschäfte.
Premium location in the city center, where everything is reachable by foot.
Within 5 minutes you can reach:
Metro, subway, supermarkets (Penny, Edeka, Lidl, Rewe & Capadoccia), Bermuda3Eck, Kortumstraße.
Furthermore, within 10 you’re able to reach the rest:
Westpark, Bochum Central Station, Ehrenfeld, Main shopping street and all other necessary shops.
Unsere chillige 5er WG gibt‘s seit 2 Jahren. Wir sind komplett gemischt, von einer italienischen Historikerin die super kocht, über einen Syrischen Sympathisant hin zu einem französischen Ingenieur und einer noch unbekannten netten Michelle, die auch Anfang Oktober zur Untermiete kommen wird.
Es wird viel zusammen unternommen und es ist eigentlich immer jemand zuhause.
Die beiden Balkone (Süd & West) sind Hauptaufenthaltsorte, besonders natürlich im Frühling und Sommer. Sonst eher das große Wohn- und Esszimmer.
Zudem leben wir gut mit einer WG Kasse, mit der alle Einkäufe getätigt werden, sodass man sich frei an allem bedienen kann.
Achja, es gibt 2 Bäder, also man steht nie an!
Our cool flat share exists since more than 2 years. We’re completely mixed, with an Italian historian who cooks exquisitely, a funny and outgoing Syrian, a French engineer and cheese lover as well as a yet unknown new subtenant Michelle.
We do a lot of stuff together and there is almost always someone home to cheer you up.
Main meeting places are the balconies (South & West) as well as our spacious living and dining room.
Last but not least, we’re handling grocery shopping with a common wallet - hence you’re free to consume and use whatever you like.
Aaaand, there are two bathrooms, so no waiting in the morning!
