Internationals welcome! Befristetes WG-Zimmer mitten in der Bochumer Innenstadt / Temporary room in a shared flat in the middle of Bochum city centre

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Boulevards in der Bochumer Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür und zur U35- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rathaus sind es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof und in circa 10 Minuten im Bermudadreieck.

The flat is located near the Boulevard in Bochum's city centre. The nearest bus stop is right outside the front door and it is also only a 5-minute walk to the U35 and tram stop Rathaus. The main railway station is an 8-minute walk away and the Bermuda Triangle is about 10 minutes away.

Da ich ab September ein Auslandssemester in Lissabon mache, suchen Flo und ich eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für ein halbes Jahr. :) Flo ist 24 und studiert an der RUB, genau wie ich. Das gemeinsame Leben hat sich immer sehr entspannt gestaltet, da es das Wichtigste für uns war, Wünsche oder Probleme einfach direkt anzusprechen und offen miteinander zu reden. Unser Treffpunkt in der Wohnung ist meistens die Wohnküche mit Balkon, in der man als neue*r Mitbewohner*in durchaus auch mal neue Leute kennenlernen kann. Es gab aber auch viele Abende, an denen im eigenen Zimmer und nicht in der Küche gechillt wurde, da waren wir immer locker und flexibel.
Flo ist ein offener, humorvoller, entspannter und sozialer Mensch. Er bewegt sich viel in der Natur, nutzt sein Fahrrad tagtäglich und verbringt seine Zeit zu großen Teilen mit seinen Freunden. Als Corona noch für die meisten nur das spanische Wort für Krone war, hat man ihn und mich auch gerne öfters mal im Club, auf (Tages-)Festivals oder einfach draußen irgendwo ein paar Bierchen zusammen trinken sehen.
Und außerdem studiert er Maschinenbau mit der Vertiefung in Energietechnik an der rub, spielt Fußball im Verein und jobbt bei einem Event- und Partyservice.

Am besten lernst du uns bzw. Flo einfach selbst kennen! :)

As I will be doing a semester abroad in Lisbon from September, Flo and I are looking for a new flatmate for half a year. :) Flo is 24 and studies at the RUB, just like me. Our life together has always been very relaxed, as the most important thing for us was to simply address wishes or problems directly and talk openly with each other. Our meeting place in the flat is usually the kitchen with the balcony, where you probably will get to know new people as a future flatmate. However, there were also many evenings when we chilled in our own room and not in the kitchen, so we were always relaxed and flexible about that.
Flo is an open, humorous, relaxed and social person. He likes being in nature, uses his bike every day and spends a lot of his time with his friends. When Corona was just the Spanish word for crown for most people, he and I were often seen in the club, at (day) festivals or just outside somewhere drinking a few beers together.
He is also studying mechanical engineering with a specialization in energy technology at RUB, plays soccer for a club and works for an event and party service.

The best thing is for you to get to know Flo yourself! :)
