Zimmer in bester Innenstadtlage

Eine zentralere Lage gibt es in Bochum wohl kaum: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Kortumstraße, also eine der Fußgängerzonen in Bochum. Alle Spots in der Innenstadt, seien es Bars, Geschäfte oder Restaurants, sind somit maximal 10 min zu Fuß von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Das Bermuda-Dreieck liegt direkt über die Straße. Das bedeutet auch, dass der nächste Rewe nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt ist und der Lidl 7 min. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 6 min - also auch eine gute Lage falls du pendelst. Zum nächsten (kostenlosen) Parkplatz sind es ebenso wie zum Westpark 10 min zu Fuß.

Aus der WG ziehen alle ihre Bewohner*innen bis auf Luisa aus. Durch eine vorherige Suche steht bereits fest, dass Toni auch zum 01.11. Neu einziehen wird.

Zu uns als Personen
Luisa ist 25 und auch erst vor 2 Jahren nach Bochum gezogen, um den Master Economic Policy Consulting an der RUB zu studieren. Nebenbei arbeitet sie für eine NGO. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie Badminton im Verein, macht Fahrradtouren, kocht gern und liest das ein oder andere Buch. - und wenn nicht gerade Lockdown ist geht sie natürlich auch öfter mal was trinken.

Toni ist 19 Jahre alt und studiert im dritten Semester nachhaltige Entwicklung. Auch sie ist erst vor einem Jahr nach Bochum gezogen und kennt hier bereits die besten veganen Essens-Spots. Ihr langjähriges Hobby ist Tennis, welches sie in naher Zukunft in Bochum fortführen möchte. Besonders gerne verbringt Toni Abende mit Freunden und geht dem typischen Studierendenleben nach.

Wir haben Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben mit Koch- / Spiele- oder einfach nur Quatsch-Abenden, oder auch auf den Austausch bei einem kurzen Kaffee oder Wein/Bier zwischendurch. Schreib uns gern was deine Vorstellungen sind.

Room

The room is located in the direction of the inner courtyard and is therefore quiet despite its location in the city center. It is 16 square meters in size and relatively square cut. The furniture can be partly taken over from the previous tenant.

The apartment has a bathroom, a long hallway and a kitchen with a connected dining or living room, which is our common area at the moment. The kitchen and also the electrical appliances remain in the apartment. We also have a basement compartment where we store our bicycles.

Location
There is hardly a more central location in Bochum: The apartment is located in the Kortumstraße, which is one of the pedestrian zones in Bochum. All spots in the city center, be it bars, stores or restaurants, are therefore a maximum of 10 min walk from our apartment. The "Bermuda Dreieck" is directly across the street. This also means that the nearest supermarket is only a 3 min walk away. To the main train station it is 6 min - so it is also a good location if you commute. To the next (free) parking lot and to Westpark it is a 10 min walk.


WG Life
All residents except Luisa are moving out of the WG. Due to a previous search it is already certain that Toni will also move in on 01.11.

About us
Luisa is 25 Room and moved to Bochum 2 years ago to study the Master Economic Policy Consulting at RUB. On the side she works for an NGO. In her free time she plays badminton in a club, goes on bike tours, likes to cook and reads one or the other book. - And when there is no lockdown, she also likes to go out for a drink.

Toni is 19 years old and is in her third semester of studying sustainable development. She also moved to Bochum only a year ago and already knows the best vegan food spots here. Her longtime hobby is tennis, which she plans to continue in Bochum in the near future. Toni especially enjoys spending evenings with friends and pursuing the typical student life.

We are looking forward to a shared flat-sharing life with cooking / gaming or just nattering evenings, or just having a chat over a short coffee or wine / beer in between. Feel free to write us what your ideas are about living in a shared apartment
