Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, sehr geräumig und wirkt durch die hohen Wände noch größer als eh schon ist. Es hat ein großes Fenster, mit einem kleineren darüber zur Südseite, weshalb es schön hell ist. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, dementsprechend ist es auch im Sommer, wenn du das Fenster auflässt, nicht so laut, obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Essener Straße liegt.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, allerdings ist ein in der Wand eingelassenes Regal integriert, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine gemütliche Küche, in der Platz genug ist, mit mehreren Personen zu chillen und ein großes Wohnzimmer, mit 2 Sofas. Hier trocknen wir außerdem meist unsere Wäsche. :D Wir sind außerdem stolze Besitzer*innen einer Spülmaschine :D
Es gibt einen Keller, um ein Rad unter zu stellen und im Hausflur gibt es einen kleinen Abstellraum, der auch sehr nützlich ist.
The room is 16 qm, spacious and looks even bigger because of the high walls. It has a big window to the south which makes it very bright and sunny. The room is located to the backyard, so can't hear the street so much even if you open the window.
The room will beunfurnished but one shelf is based in the wall, so you will have one extra shelf. :)
The flat has a cosy kitchen, which has enough space to sit with some people and a dish washer. We also have a living room which can be used to try clothes, too.
Unsere WG liegt an der Grenze der Innenstadt, in der Nähe des Westparks, der sich wunderbar zum Joggen, Leute treffen und chillen anbietet. Ein Lidl ist füßläufig innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, 2 Kiosks und mehrere Falafel/Döner/Pizza Buden ebenfalls.
Die Haltestelle Erzstraße befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und die Haltestelle Wattenscheider Str. ist auch nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum HBF benötigst du mit der Bahn ca. 8 Minuten, in die Innenstadt ca. 5 Minuten (zu Fuß sind es ca. 25, also auch machbar :D). Bis zur Uni/Hochschule benötigst du mit der Bahn ca. 20 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist also super angebunden.
The flat is located close to the city centre, which you can reach by train in around 5 minutes. The station Erzstr. is in front the door and the station Wattenscheider Str is also reachable in 4 minutes walking. You have one supermarket Lidl close by and also the big Edeka and a Penny are not far.
Also the Westpark is close by where you can hang out with friends or do some sports. There are also 2 Kiosks and some snack shops where you can order Pizza/Döner/Falafel located around the corner.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Erkam (28) und Lorenz (34), beide sehr offene,freundliche und chillige Personen, die auch weiterhin Interesse an einem unkomplizierten Zusammenleben haben. Beide studieren im Master und arbeiten nebenher. Außerdem ist ihr Tagesrythmus eher auf abends/nachts fokussiert, weshalb es natürlich super wäre, wenn du ähnlich tickst und eher ein Morgenmuffel bist. :D Da Erkam kein deutsch spricht, solltest du kein Problem damit haben, Englisch zuhause zu sprechen. Es wäre auch super, wenn du dich politisch links orientierst und auch gegen jede Form von Diskriminierung bist.
You would move in with Erkam (28) and Lorenz (34) who are both open minded and friendly people. Both are studiyng there masters and working. They are interested in a relaxed and chilled WG atmosphere. Erkam is english speaking so, we always speak english at home. Both are nightowls so you fit perfectly if your day rhythm is more focused in the evening. :D
Schreib uns gerne ein paar Zeilen über dich. Da Erkam momentan seine Masterarbeit schreibt und ab Mitte April ein paar Wochen in der Türkei ist, wäre es super, wenn du entweder am 05.04. oder am 11.04. Zeit hättest vorbei zu kommen. Wir können ansonsten aber auch gern anch einem online Kennenlernen schauen.
