Auf dich wartet ein schönes WG-Zimmer im alt ehrwürdigen Europahaus (Studentenwohnheim).
Es wird vom AKAFÖ an Studenten der RUB oder einer der Bochumer Hochschulen vermietet. Es ist also wichtig, dass du eingeschriebener Student bist.
Das Zimmer hat ein sehr großes Fenster mit Blick auf das Unibad. Es wird möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, und drei weiteren Schränken vermietet.
Ansonsten gehören zur Wohnung noch eine kleine, aber frisch renovierte, Flurküche (mit großem Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Mini-Backofen und Induktionsherd) und ein süßes Bad. Diese teilst du dir mit mir, deiner möglicherweise neuen Mitbewohnerin.
Es gibt im Wohnheim eine Waschküche, wo man z.B. für 1,50,- seine Wäsche waschen kann, Trockner stehen auch bereit, wir haben aber auch einen eigenen Wäschespin in der WG.
In dem Mietpreis sind bereits alle Nebenkosten mit Strom, Heizung, WLAN, Kabel-TV etc. enthalten. Es ist also quasi ein schönes All-in Paket.

To you a nice and furnished room is waiting in the venerable “Europahaus”(students ' residence).
It is let by the AKAFÖ to students of RUB or one of the polytechnics in Bochum. It is important that you're an enrolled Student.
The room has a very large window with views of a swimmingbath. It is rented furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and three cupboards.
Moreover, a small, but newly renovated, hallway kitchen (with a large fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction cooker) and a sweet bathroom belong to the apartment This, you will share with me, your new flatmate.
In the residential home there is a laundry room where you may wash your laundry for e.g. 1,50,-. Dryers are also available, but we also have a laundry spin in the flat.
The rent includes all utility costs with electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV etc are included. It is a nice All-in package (only GEZ takes additionally ca 9 Euros/month).
Das Wohnheim hat die perfekte Lage für alle Bochumer Studenten. Es ist direkt am Unicenter gelegen und sowohl die RUB als auch die HsG sind in 5-10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Quasi direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich ansonsten auch noch alle möglichen Bushaltestellen und die Haltestelle der U35 (Gesundheitscampus) ist nur 3 Min Gehstrecke entfernt. Tagsüber kommt sie alle 3-5 Min und bringt einen in 9 Min zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Bochumer Innenstadt
Im Unicenter gibt es alle erdenklichen Einkaufs- und Besorgungsmöglichkeiten mit REWE, Netto, Bäckereien, Frisören, Banken etc.
Das Europahaus ist eine sehr bunt gemischte Gemeinschaft mit vielen ausländischen Studenten. Der Heimrat organisiert öfters Mal Gemeinschaftsabende, im Sommer auch gerne Mal auf unserem Grillplatz.

The residential home has the perfect location for all of Bochum's students. It is located directly at the Unicenter, and both the RUB and the HsG are in 5-10 Min walking distance. On the doorstep, several busstops can be found and the stop of the main metro line (Gesundheitscampus) is located in only 3 Min walking distance. During the day, it comes every 3-5 Min and takes you to the main station and Bochum's city center within 9 minutes.
In the Unicenter there are all kinds of shopping and errand opportunities with supermarkets, bakeries, fastfood shops etc.
The Europahaus is a very diverse community with many foreign students. The Council sometimes organizes community evenings, in summer especially on our barbecue place.

ich bin Julia, 24 Jahre alt und studiere Medizin im 10. Semester an der RUB. Ich wohne schon seit 2013 in dieser Wohnung (also praktisch als ewiges Urgestein) und werde im Oktober auch leider ausziehen müssen. Da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin leider schon im April weiter in die Schweiz zieht, suche ich für mein letztes halbes Jahr noch eine nette neue Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist recht klein aber, wie ich finde, super sympathisch und schön eingerichtet. Deswegen wärs mir aber wichtig, dass man sich untereinander recht gut versteht.
Ich werde ab Mai/Juni leider extrem viel für mein Staatsexamen im Oktober lernen müssen und werde deswegen wahrscheinlich nicht so super viel Zeit haben aber eine Zweck-WG solls trotzdem nicht werden.
Heißt: Ich kann nicht jeden Freitag mit feiern kommen, aber zwischendurch mal quatschen oder nen Film gucken wär super.
Ich finde einen wöchentlichen Putzplan sehr wichtig, der Aufwand hält sich aufgrund der kleinen Fläche aber wirklich in Grenzen :).

I'm Julia, 24 years old and I'm studying medicine in the 10. semester at RUB. I have been living in this apartment since 2013 (so basically as the eternal bedrock) and unfortunately will have to move out in October. Since my current roommate is moving further to Switzerland in April, I'm looking for a nice new roommate for my last months.
The apartment is quite small but I think it is super personally and nicely arranged. That's why it is important for me to understand each other quite well.
From May/June unfortunately I will have to study a lot for my state exam in October and won't have much time, still I don't want this shared flat to be only on purpose.
Meaning: I can't join for party every friday, but in between times having a chat or watching a movie together would be great.
I find a weekly cleaning schedule is very important, but due to the small flat the effort required is limited. I promise ;)
