I will move before my renting contract expires and I am looking for a woman to rent my room at the student dormitory Papageienhaus (https://www.swh-bochum.de/).
It is fully furnished, 12 m² in size, with Internet access, bed, desk, chair, table, shelves and its own anteroom with sink, mirror and wardrobe. Shared balcony, showers and toilets. Common kitchen with fridge, cupboard, stove, table, chairs, couch. Basement room with washing machine and dryer. The room is available from March 2nd, 2020 to March 31st, 2020. An extension of the contract can be negotiated with the landlord.
The floor has 12 rooms, divided between women and men. The shared toilets are also separated for women and men.
The view from the room window is fantastic!

Ich ziehe vor Ablauf meines Mietvertrages um und suche eine Frau für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Papageienhaus (https://www.swh-bochum.de/).
Es ist voll möbliert, 12 m² groß, mit Internetzugang, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Tisch, Regalen und einem eigenen Vorraum mit Waschbecken, Spiegel und Kleiderschrank. Gemeinsamer Balkon, Duschen und Toiletten. Gemeinsame Küche mit Kühlschrank, Schrank, Herd, Tisch, Stühle, Sofa. Es gibt auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Das Zimmer ist vom 2. März 2020 bis zum 31. März 2020 verfügbar. Eine Vertragsverlängerung kann mit dem Vermieter vereinbart werden.
Es gibt 12 Räume in der Etage, die zwischen Frauen und Männern aufgeteilt sind. Die gemeinsamen Toiletten sind ebenfalls für Frauen und Männer getrennt.
Die Aussicht vom Zimmerfenster ist fantastisch!
The dormitory is near the U35 station and there is an Aldi just between them. With the U35 in less than 10 minutes you are at RUB or Bochum Main Station (HBF). From HBF with S1 you can reach Dortmund Universität (TuD, FhD) in less than 15 minutes. Nearby there are restaurants, pharmacy, bank and smaller markets.

Der Studentenwohnheim befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station U35 und zwischen ihnen befindet sich ein Aldi. Mit U35 kann man in weniger als 10 Minuten nach RUB oder HBF fahren. Mit S1 kann man in weniger als 15 Minuten nach Dortmund Universität (TuD, FhD) fahren. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Apotheken, Banken und kleinere Märkte.
