Das Zimmer ist ungefähr quadratisch und nicht, wie auf dem Foto lila/violent, sondern weiß gestrichen (das Foto ist schon etwas älter). Es hat ein Fester, mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsgarten und ist deshalb, obwohl die Wohnung an einer großen Straße ist recht leise. Das Besondere ist die etwas breitere Fensterbank, auf der man z.B.ein gutes Buch genießen kann ^^
This room is square shaped and unlike in the picture it does not have purple walls anymore but is completely white right now. The window has a view of the backyard, for that reason it is relatively quiet even though they flat is situated on a main street. The unique thing about this window is it's brought window sill, on which one can sit and enjoy a good book for example ^^
Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses im schönen Bochum Weitmar. Es liegt an einer Hauptstraße und Haltestelle, Supermärkte, sogar Friseur sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
The flat is on the second floor (counting the ground floor as the first floor) of an apartment building situated on a main road in Bochum Weitmar. Tram stop, supermarket and even hair salon are only a couple minutes by foot.
Um mich einmal vorzustellen, ich bin Sophia, 20 Jahre alt und suche ab dem 1. Juli eine Mitbewohnerin. Ich studiere an der RUB, reise recht viel und liebe es bei gutem Wetter Zeit in den umliegenden Parks zu verbringen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, meins und hoffentlich in Zukunft deins ^^, eine Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Außerdem stehen uns zwei Kellerräume, eine Wäschespeicher und ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung. Auch im Gemeinschaftsgarten kann man seine Wäsche trocknen oder das Wetter genießen. Ich würde mich freuen, dich kennen zu lernen und die die Wohnung zu zeigen.
To introduce myself, I am Sophia, 20 years old and looking for a long-term flatmate from the first of July. I study at the RUB, travel quite a lot and love to spend time in the surrounding parks when the weather is good. The flat has 2 rooms, mine and hopefully yours in the future ^^, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. We also have two basement rooms, a laundry room and a bicycle cellar at our disposal. You can also dry your laundry or enjoy the weather in the communal garden.
