Da ich Ende April ausziehe, suchen wir einen Nachmieter für dieses Zimmer. Es ist 14m² groß und das Zimmer wird tagsüber gut besonnt. Das Highlight der WG ist sicherlich das fast 30 m² große Wohnzimmer, in dem wir alle sitzen und essen, da es mit der Küche verbunden ist. Unsere WG-Küche ist mit allen Geräten wie Waschmaschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Wir haben auch einen Kellerraum, der als Lagerraum zur Verfügung steht.

As i am moving out at the end of April, we are looking for a new tenant for the room. It is 14m² in size, and the room gets good sunlight during the day. The highlight of the flat share is certainly the almost 30 m² living room, where we all sit and have our meals, as it is connected to the kitchen. Our shared kitchen is equipped with all appliances, such as a washing machine, toaster, and microwave. We also have a cellar room available for storage.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Deutsches Bergbau-Museum; sie ist ca. 500m entfernt und in 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bochumer Innenstadt; der Bochumer Hauptbahnhof ist in 15-18 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Bermuda in 10 Minuten. Ein Penny befindet sich ebenfalls 500m von der Tür entfernt. Von hier aus erreichen Sie die RUB in 12 Minuten mit der Ubahn (9 Haltestellen entfernt). Dank der Nähe zur U-Bahn-Linie U35 ist man in 15 Minuten an der Universität.
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Park, in dem man spazieren gehen und die Natur genießen kann. 1,2 km entfernt befindet sich der Bochumer Stadtpark, der sich hervorragend für ein Picknick eignet.
The flat is close to the Deutsches Bergbau-Museum U-Bahn stop; it is approx. 500m away and takes 6 minutes on foot. The flat is located in central Bochum; you can also walk to the Bochum central station in 15–18 minutes and to Bermuda in 10 minutes. There is also a penny 500m away from the door. From here, you can reach the RUB in 12 minutes with the Ubahn (9 stops away). Thanks to its proximity to the U35 underground line, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the university.
There is a park behind the house where you can go for a walk and enjoy nature. 1.2km away is Bochum City Park, the perfect place for picnics.

Wir sind Vipul, 27Jahre alt und Vaibhav, 27Jahre alt.
Wir studieren Data Science Master an der TU dortmund, neben dem Studium arbeitet Vipul auch Vollzeit und Vaibhav arbeitet Teilzeit. Normalerweise haben wir einen ziemlich vollen Tagesablauf, aber wir sind immer für etwas Spaß/Partys am Abend zu haben. In unserer Freizeit treffen wir uns gerne mit Freunden, schauen Netflix, kochen zusammen oder trinken einfach ein oder zwei „Bierchen“. Wir würden uns als freundliche und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner beschreiben. Wir sind keine funktionale WG und suchen daher eine freundliche und offene Person.

We are Vipul, 27years old and Vaibhav, 27years old.
We are studying Data science masters at TU dortmund, along with studies Vipul also works fulltime and Vaibhav works parttime. Usually we have a pretty busy schedule but we are always down for something fun/parties in the evening. In our free time, we like to meet friends, watch Netflix, cook together or just have a beer or two. We would describe ourselves as friendly and open-minded flatmates. We are not a functional flat share and are therefore looking for a friendly and open person.
