Das Zimmer ist in einer sehr großzügig geschnittenen, sanierten Altbauwohnung mit insgesamt drei Zimmern. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, von dem aus der Süd-Balkon Richtung Garten abgeht und das auch als Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann. Die beiden Schlafzimmer gehen zur Kölnstraße raus. Das frei werdende Zimmer (ca. 22-25qm) hat einen charmanten Erker und ist trotz der Nordlage sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit zwei Schränken und einer Kommode. Der Garten im Haus kann mitgenutzt und -gestaltet werden, und es gibt eine ebenerdige, abgeschlossene Fahrrad-Garage.

The room is in a very spacious flat with three rooms. There is a large living room from which the south-facing balcony leads off towards the garden. The living room can also be used as a guest room. The two bedrooms face Kölnstraße. The available room (about 22-25 sqm) has a charming bay window and is quite bright despite being north facing. The room is partially furnished with two cupboards and a chest of drawers. In addition, there is a communal garden and a ground-level, locked bicycle garage.
Die Wohnung grenzt direkt an die lebendige Altstadt mit ihren vielen Bars und Cafés an. Die Straßenbahn, diverse Supermärkte und Lebensmittelläden sowie Imbisse und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Zum Rhein ist es auch nicht weit.

The flat is close to the lively, central Altstadt with its many bars and cafés. The tram, various supermarkets and grocery shops as well as snack bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. It is also not far to the Rhine.
Ich bin Hannah (31) und hatte im Februar das Glück, diese wirklich wunderschöne helle Wohnung von einer Kollegin untermieten zu können (zunächst bis Mai 2023).
Vor dem ersten Kaffee bin ich nicht sehr kommunikativ, aber danach bin ich für gemeinsame Koch-Abende, Weinchen auf dem Balkon, Yoga im Wohnzimmer und Tischtennis-Matches immer zu haben. Dabei darf Humor nicht zu kurz kommen ;) Nachhaltigkeit und globale Gerechtigkeit sind mir wichtig. Im Frühjahr habe ich außerdem den Garten für mich entdeckt (und über den Sommer leider etwas vernachlässigt) und mir ein E-Piano zugelegt.
Zur Zeit arbeite ich nach wie vor viel im Homeoffice und verbringe viel Zeit in der Wohnung. Für das Zusammenleben ist mir gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und Sauberkeit wichtig. Idealerweise kommen wir auch persönlich gut miteinander klar; Zweck-WGs sind doof. Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie, Verschwörungstheorien etc haben in der WG keinen Platz.

I'm Hannah (31) and in February I was lucky enough to sublet this stunning, bright flat from a colleague (initially until May 2023). I have been in Bonn for about a year, having previously lived and worked in South Africa for three years.
I might not be very sociable before I've had my first coffee, but after that I'm always up for cooking together, having a glass of wine on the balcony, yoga sessions in the living room and table tennis matches. Humour is my coping mechanism, I love a good laugh! Sustainability and global justice are important to me. Earlier this year I also discovered some appreciation for gardening, got myself an electric piano and took up running.
I currently still work mostly from home and therefore spend a lot of time at the flat. For living together, mutual consideration and cleanliness are important to me. Ideally, we also get along well with each other personally. Racism, sexism, homophobia, conspiracy theories etc. are not welcome here.
Wir können uns gerne erst virtuell Kennenlernen. Wenn du vor Ort bist und die Wohnung physisch sehen willst, ist das natürlich auch noch möglich.

Taking consideration of Covid, I would suggest to first arrange a virtual call to get to know each other. If you live in Bonn already and want to see the flat in person, that's possible of course.
