wir haben ab August ein 17qm WG-Zimmer mit vier tollen Mitbewohnern frei! Für 269 EUR ist alles dabei (Strom, Heitzung, Internet und Telefon).
Es wurde gerade frisch gestrichen, Flur und Küche haben einen Boden und es wurde ein neuer Backofen mit Ceranfeld eingebaut. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen, großen Balkon (ca. 24m²) um den Sommer zu genießen und eine große Küche.
Die Lage ist ideal: Die nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle (Wurzerstraße - Linie 16 und 63) ist nur 300 Meter entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn braucht man 10min bis ins Zentrum von Bonn.
Die Innenstadt von Bad Godesberg erreicht man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem hat Bad Godesberg einen Bahnhof (welcher ebenfalls zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen ist). Hier halten alle Nahverkehrszüge in Richtung Koblenz und Köln / Düsseldorf.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl) und der HARIBO Factory Shop befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hello,
We offer a 17m2 room in a WG with 4 great roomates, 269 euros all inclusive (electricity, heating, water and internet). The WG is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine and a new oven. It was just freshly painted and the floor from the kitchen and the hall are new. The apartment has a nice balcony to enjoy the summer and a spacious kitchen.
The location is very convenient, 300m to the U-bahn stop Wurzerstrasse -line 16 and 63- from there 10min to the center of Bonn. Also 10 min walking to Bad Godesberg Bahnhof, that takes you to Cologne in 30min. Walking distance to Lidl, Aldi and HARIBO Factory shop.
