Das Zimmer liegt im 1 Obergeschoss eines Reihenendhauses. Durch die Südlage des Zimmers ist es den ganzen Tag lichtdurchflutet.
Dein Zimmer ist möbliert (ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Bett mit Matratze und praktischen Schubladen drunter), man kann aber auch seine eigenen Möbel mitbringen, dann kommen die vorhandenen in die Garage. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind hochwertig ausgestattet und wurden 2019 renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über einen Ess-/Gemeinschaftsraum, Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Gästebad, Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne, sowie einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeit.
Zu dem Haus gehört eine abschließbare Einzelgarage die sich die Bewohner teilen. Darin können Fahrräder oder auch ein Motorrad sicher untergestellt werden.
Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen abgeschlossenen Garten der Gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird und zum entspannen nach der Uni/Arbeit einlädt.

The room is on the 1st floor of a terraced house. Due to the south-facing position of the room, it is flooded with light all day long.
Your room is furnished (a desk with a chair, a bed with a mattress and practical drawers underneath), but you can also bring your own furniture and the existing ones will go into the garage. The common rooms are furnished to a high standard and were renovated in 2019. The house has a dining/common room, kitchen including dishwasher, guest bathroom, bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bathtub, and a basement room with washing machine and drying facilities.
The house has a lockable single garage that the residents share. Bicycles or a motorbike can be safely stored in it.
The house also has an enclosed garden that is shared and invites you to relax after university/work.
Das Haus befindet sich in Beuel-Pützchen-Bechlinghoven in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Wohnlage bei gleichzeitiger guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt sowie nach Köln, Siegburg etc.
LIDL und Bushaltestelle sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung entsteht gerade eine Tankstelle. Zur Straßenbahnlinie 66 (Vilich-Müldorf) braucht man zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten.
Falls du ein Auto besitzt, findest du vor dem Haus kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Die B56 & die Auffahrt zur A59 sind nahe gelegen.
The house is located in Beuel-Pützchen-Bechlinghoven in a terraced housing estate. It is a quiet residential area with good connections to the city center as well as to Cologne, Siegburg etc.
LIDL and the bus stop can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A gas station is also being built in the immediate vicinity. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to tram line 66 (Vilich-Müldorf).
If you have a car, you will find free parking in front of the house. The B56 & the ramp to the A59 are nearby.
Freundliche WG mit momentan 5 Bewohnern. Alle schätzen die Lage abseits des Trubels und den Garten zum Abschalten. Die WG ist keine reine Zweck-WG sondern man schätzt das Miteinander und die Gemeinschaft. Trotzdem kann man sich jederzeit zurück ziehen und seine Zeit für sich haben. Du solltest ordentlich und zuverlässig sein. Hobbys sind u.a. Sport, Musik und kochen. Rauchen und Haustiere sind unerwünscht.
Friendly WG with currently 5 residents. Everyone appreciates the location away from the hustle and bustle and the garden to switch off. The flat share is not a purely functional flat share, but one appreciates the togetherness and the community. Nevertheless, you can withdraw at any time and have your time for yourself. You should be neat and reliable. Hobbies include sports, music and cooking. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Wir würden uns freuen, möglichst jemanden mit langfristigem Interesse zu finden, das ist aber kein muss. Wenn dir das Zimmer zusagt, schreib eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich und schau vorbei. Online Besichtigungen sind natürlich auch möglich.
We'd love to find someone with a long-term interest if possible, but it's not a must. If you like the room, write a message with some information about yourself and stop by. Online visits are of course also possible.
