Das Zimmer ist südlich gelegen und daher dank der bodentiefen Fenster sehr hell. Der viereckige Schnitt und die 20 Quadratmeter sorgen für Geräumigkeit und ausreichend Platz.
Dadurch, dass das Zimmer nur befristet zur Untermiete angeboten wird, wird die meiste Einrichtung mit vermietet. Daher sind Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal und Couch alle enthalten.
Das Zimmer wird vorerst für 2 Monate zur Untermiete angeboten. Evtl kann sich dann noch kurzfristig die Option zur Verlängerung um einen weiteren Monat ergeben.
The room is south-facing and therefore very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The square cut and the 20 square metres ensure spaciousness and sufficient room.
Since the room is only offered as a temporary sublet, most of the furnishing is also rented out. Therefore, the bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves and couch are all included.
The room is initially offered for 2 months as a sublet. There may be the option to extend the lease for a further month at short notice.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Konrad-Adenauer-Platz in Beuel und hat somit eine ideale Verkehrsanbindung. Die Universität und Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann der Bonner Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 10min erreicht werden und der Bahnhof in Siegburg innerhalb von 20min. Von der WG aus sind es fußläufig 2min, um den Rhein zu erreichen.
Öffentliche Parkplätze finden sich in den angrenzenden Straßen.
The flat is located directly on Konrad-Adenauer-Platz in Beuel and therefore has ideal transport connections. The university and city centre can be reached by bike within 5 minutes. By public transport, Bonn's main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes and the station in Siegburg within 20 minutes. It is a 2-minute walk from the shared flat to the Rhine.
Public parking spaces can be found in the adjacent streets.
Mit dir wohnen Björn (27) und bis Anfang November Leo (26) sowie Chris (24) in einer sehr harmonischen WG. Alle sind sportlich engagiert, ob allgemein im Gym oder auch auf Vereinsebene beim Handball oder SpikeBall. Gerne trifft man sich für eine Runde am nahegelegenen Rhein oder im Hofgarten neben dem Hauptgebäude der Uni.
Ansonsten pflegen wir einen offenen Umgang und quatschen gerne mal oder schauen etwas zusammen, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir verstehen uns daher nicht als Zwecks-WG; dennoch hat jeder, die Privatsphäre, die er braucht und kann sich dementsprechend ungestört zurückziehen.
Björn (27) and, until the beginning of November, Leo (26) and Chris (24) will live with you in a very harmonious flat share. They are all involved in sports, whether in the gym in general or at club level with handball or spike ball. We like to meet for a round next to the nearby Rhine or in the Hofgarten next to the university.
Otherwise, we keep an open mind and like to chat or watch something together to round off the evening. We don't see ourselves as a purpose-built flat-sharing community; nevertheless, everyone has the privacy they need and can therefore withdraw undisturbed.
