Dein Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von 16m² in der über 83m² großen Wohnung mit Südterrasse (dazu anteilig die Terasse als Wohnfläche). Es hat eine große Fensterfront nach Südwesten. In Deinem Zimmer ist Eichen-Pakett verlegt und Du hast direkten Zugang zur großen Außenterrasse. Von Deinem Schreibtisch aus Echtholz schaust Du auf den Damm und die Schiffe des Rheins!
Über das 5.1-Soundsystem kannst Du neben einem Telekom-DSL-100er-Anschluss auch Magenta-TV mit über 75 Programmen genießen. https://www.telekom.de/magenta-tv/inhalte/sender
In Deinem Zimmer findest Du neben einem 1,40m breiten Bett auch eine gemütliche Couch. Weitere Möbel runden die Ausstattung ab. Die Möbelanordnung kann auf Wunsch verändert werden. ####
Das Appartement ist komplett für Dich und die WG eingerichtet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche steht Dir zur Verfügung, natürlich inkl. Tellern, Töpfen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc. Im Bad kannst du neben einer Dusche auch die Badewanne nutzen. Die Küche und das Tageslichtbad haben je einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten. ####
Neben der Küche ist auch das Esszimmer der Ort für einladende Gemeinschaft mit den Mitbewohner_innen.
Zum Entspannen steht Dir die über 30m² große Terrasse nach Südwesten in Absprache mit den anderen Mitbewohner_innen zur Verfügung (inkl. Sessel).

Your room has a floor area of 16m² in the apartment of over 83m² with a south-facing terrace. It has a large window front to the southwest. In your room there is oak parquet and you have direct access to the large outdoor terrace. From your desk made of real wood you look at the dam and the ships of the Rhine!

The apartment is completely furnished for you and the WG. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, of course incl. plates, pots, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.. In the bathroom you can use the bathtub as well as a shower. The kitchen and the daylight bathroom each have a nice view into the garden. ####
Fully furnished room with everything you need and want for a comfortable life: 140x200 bed, desk & chair, wardrobe, drawer&shelves, sofa & coffee table, lamps. Basically ready to move in with a suitcase and start working the following day :-)
The great added value is the giant terrace, accessible directly from your room and perfect for chilling, grilling, doing yoga in the sun. The terrace faces the rhine and since we are on the beuel side, it means you get to see the beautiful sunsets. However the windows have powerful roller shuts for night time, so that the room becomes completely dark for a good night's sleep.
The rest of the apartment includes:
- a spacious kitchen equipped with all cooking tools, including mixer, microwave and dishwasher. Big fridge and big freezer and a lot of storage room.
- Dining area with an expandible table, where 4-6 people can eat comfortably.
- the terrace is your terrace, as it is connected to your room.
Besides the kitchen, the dining room is also the place for inviting fellowship with your flatmates.
To relax you can use the 30m² large terrace facing southwest (incl. armchairs).

The renovated old building is located in a well-kept, quiet and very attractive residential area. Your apartment is located in a detached house in the Gensemer Viertel - only 30m away from the dam and the adjacent Rhine.
The apartment is directly by the bikeline on the rhine, which makes it perfect for a spontaneous walk in your 30-minute lunch break from your home office day, or for sports and relax in the evening after coming home from work.
The Beuel side is the sunny side in Bonn, which you can enjoy directly from your terrace or walking around in nature :)
The apartment is in a multifamily house in Beuel. There is 1 apartment downstairs and 1 upstairs which is a great advantage for heating purposes because winter you don't need to heat too strongly (thanks to the "sandwitch" effect).
The street has a lot of free parking space, so if you have a car you will easily park it just in front of the house.
It is very quiet at night allowing undisturbed sleep.
Inline skating, jogging or walks invite you to the nature reserve between the Rhine and the Siegaue starting directly opposite the house: 100% for nature lovers who want to live in the city!

Wir haben eine 3-er WG im Grünen mit großer Terrasse und direkt am Rhein. Demnächst wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei.
Wir sind eine Nichtraucher-WG. Wir waren immer schon eine weltoffene WG und wollen das auch bleiben: Mit einem einem Glas Rotwein in Esszimmer oder Küche oder auch mal einem gemeinsamem Barbecue auf unserer großen Südterrasse. Uns ist ein gutes Miteinander wichtig ;-)
Wir heißen Lukas und Chaiti:
Ich, Lukas, bin 28 Jahre, und neben meinem Job als Software Engineer findet man mich meist beim Laufen, Rad fahren, Badminton, Squash, oder auch gelegentlich beim Bouldern. Bonuspunkte, wenn Du ebenfalls gerne Sport treibst.
Ich, Chaitanya (28), komme aus Indien und lebe seit 4 Jahren in Deutschland. Ich arbeite als Datenanalyst bei der Firma RTL Deutschland in Köln. Meine Hobbys sind Kochen, Naturfotografie, Wandern und PC-Spiele. Mein Spitzname ist Chaiti.
Ebenso hat bei uns auch jede_r immer seinen Rückzugraum.

We have a 3-person shared apartment in the countryside with a large terrace and directly on the Rhine. Soon a room will be free with us.
We are a non-smoking flat share. We have always been a cosmopolitan WG and want to stay that way: With a glass of red wine in the dining room or kitchen or sometimes a joint barbecue on our large south-facing terrace. A good togetherness is important to us ;-)
Our names are Lukas and Chaiti:
I, Lukas, am 28 years old, and besides my job as a software engineer you can find me mostly running, cycling, playing badminton, squash, or occasionally bouldering. Bonus points if you like sports as well.
I, Chaitanya (28), am from India and have been living in Germany for 4 years. I work as a data analyst at RTL Germany in Cologne. My hobbies are cooking, nature photography, hiking and PC games. My nickname is Chaiti.
I (f) am leaving Bonn and very sad to say goodbye to great roommates such as Lukas and Chai.
Lukas (m) from Germany is 28, works as a computer scientist from home and is very passionate about sports: currently training for thriatlon and very motivated!
Chaiti (m) from southern India is also 28 and a computer scientist. He is a great cook and loves nature, cinema, travelling across Germany.
We live together very harmoniously and respectfully. Because currently we all work from home, during the day it's queit and everyone is doing their thing. After work, Lukas is often doing sports, in the evening we often cook simultaneously and enjoy some company at the end of the day. Occasionally we go to events & concerts together and have some games night with some of our common friends.

Bei Interesse mach bitte zuerst ein paar Angaben zu Dir per Nachricht über wg-gesucht:
Alter, Geschlecht, Sprachen, Tätigkeit, Einkommen, geplante Wohndauer in Bonn und was Dir wichtig ist im Miteinander, etc.
Als Erstes werden wir als WG mit Dir Kontakt aufnehmen, um über das was Dir und uns im Miteinander wichtig ist zu quatschen. Mit dem Vermieter kannst Du danach alle organisatorischen Dinge absprechen.
Für die WG-Gespräche organisieren wir sowohl online Besichtigungstermine als auch welche vor Ort zum Kennenlernen zwischen uns und den Mitbewohner_innen.
Als Mitbewohner_innen und Vermieter bevorzugen wir es natürlich, wenn Du mindestens 1 Jahr oder länger bleibst. Bitte melde Dich also nicht bei uns, wenn Du nur etwas für wenige Monate zum Übergang suchst.

We are looking for someone who is looking to stay for at least 1 year or so. Long term contracts are also possible. So please don't get back to us if you want to stay for 1-6 months, only.
The landlord would like to see a few documents, so if you reach out please send them over directly so we can speedily organize a meeting:
- proof of employment (either a work contract, or a couple of recent pay slips)
- SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) / Mietzahlungsbestätigung (if you have it)
